International orders may also experience additional delays due to customs processing. Minimum Order Requirements: We require a minimum of 25 pre-orders per design to proceed with production. If a design does not reach at least 50% of its goal within 3 weeks, we will cancel the project and issue full refunds to all backers. Conversely, if we reach our 25-unit goal within the first two weeks, pre-orders will close early to begin production immediately. Grading Policy: All pre-order slots are for A-Grade pins. In the event that the batch results in B or C grades, we will contact buyers individually. You will have the option to accept a lower-grade pin with a partial refund for the price difference or maintain your order for an A-grade if available.
