1. Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind," style preference, or fit issues, except in the following specific circumstances:

Wrong Item Received: If we sent you a different product than what was ordered.

Incorrect Size: If the size tag on the item does not match the size you selected at checkout.
Note: To be eligible for a correction, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please let us know as soon as possible.
2. Claims Process
If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us within [3 or 5] days of delivery.

Please include your Order Number and Photos of the incorrect item/size tag.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before finalizing your purchase.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Lewdtreats is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
