Important Pre-Order Information

• Production Timeline: Please note that production typically takes 4–6 weeks plus shipping. This timeline may vary due to manufacturing schedules, public holidays, or the complexity of producing two designs simultaneously. International orders may also experience additional delays due to customs processing.

• Minimum Order Requirements: We require a minimum of 25 pre-orders per design to proceed with production. If a design does not reach at least 50% of its goal within 3 weeks, we will cancel the project and issue full refunds to all backers. Conversely, if we reach our 25-unit goal within the first two weeks, pre-orders will close early to begin production immediately.

• Grading Policy: All pre-order slots are for A-Grade pins. In the event that the batch results in B or C grades, we will contact buyers individually. You will have the option to accept a lower-grade pin with a partial refund for the price difference or maintain your order for an A-grade if available.

How It Works

We offer a flexible 50/50 payment plan to make your purchase more convenient. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving exclusive inventory before it officially launches.

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total order value is due today to secure your reservation.

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of the 3-week production period end date will be 02/13/2025.

°°°Attention:  ALL enamel pins are hand crafted, hand filled, and hand screen-printed. Due to this, even grade A may have small imperfections. We have been very critical on our grading to make sure there is little to no imperfections in our grade A. If there are imperfections, it should be barely noticeable and does not take away from the visual appeal. Grade B will come with more small imperfections and thus we have reduced the overall price. These imperfections again do not take way from the visual quality of the pin, but can be more noticeable.
